Mother's day should be up to 5% better

The São Paulo commercial Association (ACSP) predicts that retail sales should grow between 3% and 5% in the city of São Paulo in the period leading up to mother's day, as compared to the same range of 2017. Last year was registered an increase of 1.3% before 2016.
"The highlight of 2018 should be the tv. The brazilian industry produced 41.1% more items of the so-called Brown line (formed mainly by TVs) in February, as compared to the same month of last year, "says the President of ACSP and the Federation of trade associations in the State of São Paulo (Facesp), Alencar Burti.
According to the Executive, commerce should use the World Cup to sell more, taking advantage of mother's day which is the second best commemorative date for retail, second only to the Christmas period.
